Guest rooms at the Center Lovell Inn are spread between our 1803 Georgian farmhouse and the adjacent Carriage House, each with its own distinctive charm.

Guest Room in the Main Farm House
Room 1 – Prince’s Room (one flight up.)
A stately retreat with a king-size bed and en suite bath with tub and shower. Inspired by the elegance of an English gentleman’s club, this room features a Chesterfield leather wingback headboard, exposed hand-hewn red oak beams, and silk floor-to-ceiling curtains. With leather tufted chairs, a large Smart TV, A/C, refrigerator, writing desk, and sweeping mountain sunsets, it’s both rustic and refined.
Room 2 – Sunset Room (one flight up.)
Bright and romantic, this space offers a queen bed with an antique hand-carved headboard and en suite shower bath. Decorated in a French country style, it has tall windows with mountain and garden views, blush silk curtains, A/C, refrigerator, a Smart TV on a swivel mount, and a writing desk. Warm pine floors and a plush armchair make this a cozy hideaway.
Rooms 3 & 4 – The Garden Suite (one flight up.)
Ideal for families or friends, this spacious suite includes two bedrooms (queen + twin, and queen) sharing a private full bath. A separate media room offers A/C, refrigerator, a Smart TV with Dolby surround sound, Blu-ray player, and electric fireplace. With comfortable seating, old pine floors, and charming views of the gardens, forest, and barn (dating to the 1700s), this suite accommodates up to 5 guests.

Room 6 – Rose Room (ground floor.)
A classic New England inn experience. Features a queen bed, private bath with tub and shower, antique Victorian wood-carved headboard, vintage floral wallpaper, and plush seating. Guests enjoy A/C, a Smart TV, refrigerator, and garden patio views of mountain sunsets.
Room 7 – Quiet Garden Room (ground floor.)
A peaceful retreat tucked at the back of the Carriage House. Includes a double bed and twin bed, private bath with tub and shower, hunter green walls, and warm country décor. With a refrigerator, A/C, Smart TV, and views of the gardens, it’s perfect for a quiet escape.
Room 8 – Limoncello (ground floor.)
Cheerful and eclectic, the Limoncello room offers a queen bed, private bath, floral wallpaper, and sunny charm. A Smart TV, A/C, refrigerator, and large writing desk make it ideal for both leisure and work. Step outside to enjoy patio seating with views of the gardens and mountains.
Rooms 9 & 10 – Economy Cape Cod Rooms (one flight up.)
Cozy and whimsical, these budget-friendly rooms sit beneath the charming pitched roof and dormer windows of the Carriage House. Each includes a queen bed, seating area, Smart TV, refrigerator, and AC. Both rooms share one full bath. Please note: ceilings are low and not recommended for tall guests or those with mobility issues. Available individually or together to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Rooms 9 & 10 can be rented together for to accommodate up to four guests.

- The entire Inn can be reserved for special gatherings, wedding, reunions and corporate functions. Please refer to our Room Buy-out page for more information.

Parents, for the safety of your child and comfort of the other guests, please see to it that your child behaves properly. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on Guesthouse property.
